Is your practice team united in their approach to clients? Are you confident in turning knowledge into recommendation and then initiating action in your clients? To ensure you can answer yes to these questions, Royal Canin is hosting a series of three complimentary management webinars later this month. The online sessions - part of Royal Canin’s new initiative in practice support - will help lead you, your colleagues and your clients to greater change and ultimately healthier pets. Entitled ‘Concordance and Compliance’, the webinars will focus on the shared decision making process between practice team and client, as well as the ingredients contributing toward client follow-through on veterinary advice. The first webinar, taking place at 8.30pm on Wednesday 21 November, is presented by business consultant Geoff Little MVB MRCVS. The following session takes place at 8.30pm on Wednesday 28 November with consultation skills coach Brian Faulkner MRCVS. Marketing expert Nicki Glen VN MCIM will be presenting the final webinar, for the same one hour slot on Wednesday 5 December. Royal Canin’s Veterinary Support Manager, Lee Danks MRCVS, explained: “Royal Canin is renowned for its nutritional expertise but we’d like to make practices aware that our support extends beyond just good products. Our aim is to create practical learning opportunities for busy practices and these webinars are a great example of this.” To register for your free place on one or more webinar, visit www.royalcanin.co.uk/vbcevent.
