A new technology company is looking for expert vets to collaborate in creating a database of clinical questions. In return, authors are being offered royalty payments. The company, Workhorse Recruitment Ltd, offer online human resource services for professionals and are building a clinical database for use in a recruitment project. The team are looking for expert vets to become content partners in all small animal disciplines including cardiology, surgery and medicine. Once complete, the database will be used to enhance the interview process for veterinary managers in vet practices. Speaking at the launch of the company’s new website, managing director Dave Nicol said, “Recruitment is a sensitive and costly area for veterinary practices. It is very expensive to have a vet sit in on an interview process, rather than generate income for the practice by performing billable clinical duties.” “By writing questions for our database, expert authors will be helping to create a solution that massively improves recruitment process for vets, at the same time generating additional new income from their clinical knowledge.” Workhorse Recruitment is looking for four experts per field to write at least five multiple choice questions each per year for the database. They are offering royalty payments to authors based on question usage. For a list of subject fields required vets are invited to go to the company website at www.workhorserecruitment.com. To find out more detail about joining as an expert content partner, those interested should email Dave Nicol on [email protected] or call Graeme Viljoen on 02083487812.
