International Vet Congress header Update: Tuesday 11th December, 2012. 11:03 With well over 100 vets already subscribed, all those who register for the UK’s first virtual veterinary CPD congress by the end of this week (14th Dec) will receive a complimentary refreshment gift set consisting of a Mug, Fairtrade tea and coffee, and a pack of biscuits for the event, says the organiser, The Webinar Vet. So don’t miss out, registration for all 18 lectures is £97 for non members and £37 for members. The congress takes place on 12th January 2013 and lectures can be accessed after the event. With 18 hours of CPD lectures available at the UK’s first online congress, there’s nothing virtual about the quality of the three streams on offer from The Webinar Vet International Virtual Congress, to be held in January 2013. Organised and hosted by The Webinar Vet, the event will run two live streams and one recorded stream. Covering topics such as endocrinology with Prof Ian Ramsey, diagnostic imaging with Prof Mike Herrtage, and feline internal medicine with Dr Jane Armstrong, delegates will be able to jump-start their 2013 CPD in the most effective and efficient way!” Says The Webinar Vet founder, Anthony Chadwick MRCVS. All three streams can also be accessed after the congress, whether for reference or convenience. “We have put a great programme together with top speakers from the UK, Australia and the USA. All of the sessions are being recorded and you will have access to all of the webinar after the event. This means delegates can watch one stream on the day and then the other lectures at their leisure,” adds Mr Chadwick. The Webinar Vet logo 2013 sees The Webinar Vet celebrate its third anniversary, and as membership continues to grow Mr Chadwick says members are recording over 60 hours of online CPD per year. “With many citing over 100 hours of total CPD, webinars are providing a valuable source of easily accessible educational material,” he concludes. The first ever Webinar Vet International Virtual Congress is being held on Saturday 12th January 2013, between 9:30 – 4:30 pm GMT. It is open to non-members as well as members, at £97+VAT and £37+VAT respectively. For more details on the 18 lectures and to purchase a ticket, visit http://www.theinternationalwebinarvet.com
