What is your leadership style really like? Are you realising your team’s true potential? And do you often think your life would be so much easier without people to manage?
This training day will let you critically review your own people management practices and compare them with others. Topics covered include building successful teams, defining roles and responsibilities, communicating effectively, dealing with difficult behaviour, and measuring and monitoring progress. The day will include anecdotal real life scenarios and lots of opportunities to interact and share experiences.
The day will be run by two of Pfizer’s VetSupport+ consultants, Vanessa Wilson and Fiona Sims. They will contact each delegate before the event to ensure they are aware of personal objectives and specific needs. On the day, you will create two actions to implement with your own team over the following three months. During this period, VetSupport+ will call you to talk through your progress and any problems you’ve encountered back in the real world!
Lunch, refreshments and a CPD certificate are included. Plus, of course, the opportunity to meet and network with colleagues.
