In her new role, she is responsible for the marketing and development of the company's growing parasiticide, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and anaesthetic ranges, reporting to Simon Boulton MRCVS, Head of Marketing (Companion Animal).
Kate qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Liverpool in 2009, with an intercalated MSc in Veterinary Infectious Disease Control, for which she studied in the Galapagos Islands and Tanzania. Commenting on her new role, she said: "Virbac's products are highly regarded and I'm looking forward to developing all aspects of their marketing, with a particular focus on digital technology. I'll be working to ensure that we provide the highest standard of support and information to owners so they can get the very best out of our products."
Simon Boulton added: "Virbac is growing rapidly, thanks to increasing levels of support from the veterinary profession and a series of innovative product introductions. Our Marketing team is expanding to support our growth and Kate brings great knowledge and experience to us. We are delighted to welcome her."2203 views
