WORK LIFE BALANCE Courses – A First For The Profession New!

Author: George Cooper

A series of seminars / roadshows / workshops is scheduled for this autumn in late November and December on the subject of Work Life Balance. This is the first course designed especially for the veterinary profession, and is suitable for all members of the practice team, as well as anyone who works in associated industries.

Everyone has heard of the concept of Work Life Balance, yet most will be unsure about how to achieve it. This course will prove invaluable in providing individuals with the tools to create their own WLB, as well as empowering them to help others in their workplace. Proactive “Stress Prevention” rather than reactive ‘Stress Management’ is covered in depth, as is the business case for having a proactive WLB policy in place.

The course is provided by Sally Cooper, who with her partner, George Cooper – a veterinary surgeon and management consultant, have formed …from FRESHACRE. Sally is an Accredited Work Life Balance Coach and promises an energetic, committed, personalised experience for delegates. All courses run between 1pm and 7pm to avoid rush hour, and to allow morning surgery to be done!
