Workhorse Recruitment - Quality Service At A Fixed Fee

The standard charging structure for the veterinary recruitment sector is a percentage of salary. Which is, for many veterinary practices, completely unaffordable and a huge risk given the often-variable nature of candidates presented.

The Workhorse Recruitment approach is different. We offer a fixed fee service so you know exactly what it will cost to find your ideal member of staff. And there is no fee to pay at all if we don't manage to fill your vacancy.

Our price for a full time veterinary placement is £1650. And if you're a member of the VPMA then you can claim a further 10% discount bringing the price down to just £1500.

So what do you get for your money?

Pre Screening of All Candidates

At workhorse we base our selection process on the criteria given by our practices. We prescreen all candidates prior to admission into our database. If individuals are not of the required skill level then we simply won't admit them into our database.

Have your experiences elsewhere been this thorough?

An Account Manager Who Knows Your Needs

We have a dedicated account manager in Maud Van de Stadt-Gould.

Maud is a well-known figure in the industry having worked in first opinion practice and also in industry as a senior member of the Hill's veterinary team.

When you spend money on an advert with the vet record or vet times, all you will get are unqualified CVs. When you engage Workhorse Recruitment you can be certain that if we send you a CV, it will be a highly credible candidate who we believe will fit your practice.

Our Personal Guarantee

We are extremely confident that our approach will deliver excellent results. And to back that up, we're happy to offer you a free recruitment next time if you decide to terminate a contract within 3 months of employment.

What's the Next Step?

If you want to post a vacancy, then simply register and upload the vacancy information. This will cost you nothing and take you a couple of minutes. Click here to register with Workhorse Recruitment.
