There have been huge developments in treatment options and further products and diagnostic tools are coming to market on a regular basis. But it is often overlooked that veterinary profession is already well equipped to provide first class services. This full day of CPD will address significant challenges that first opinion practice face such as raising awareness and improving identification, gaining essential diagnosis, formulating complete management plans, and handling the progression of the disease. It can be difficult for an owner to comprehend and realise that their dog is in chronic pain. CAM aims to help practices challenge that "just getting old" or "slowing down" should not be readily accepted in our canine companions, as well as support the launching of successful arthritis clinics that will not only improve the client practice bond, but ensure the dogs in their twilight years remain as comfortable as possible for as long as possible.
