This one-day course focuses on the skills veterinary receptionists need to give a great first impression. A large part of the reception role involves communicating, whether by phone, online or in-person. As such, emphasis will be placed on honing essential communication techniques to establish meaningful connections with clients, fostering trust and rapport.
