Creating A United Front Key Skills For The Reception TeamThe reception team play a pivotal role in the smooth running of any practice and provide an important link in communication between clients and the clinical team. They are the first point of contact our clients have with the practice and are involved in multiple steps of the clients journey. This informal evening covers key areas that can lead to the success of any receptionist team and hence lead to improved efficiency of the practice as a whole.
