Are you passionate about coaching other members of staff? Perhaps you are the person in your practice that likes to take new members of staff under your wing? An ILM accredited coaching and mentoring qualification will give you the tools to develop your coaching abilities by looking at communication techniques, overcoming barriers, learning styles, setting personal boundaries, monitoring progress, effective coaching and mentoring techniques, and reflecting on your own performance and development. Our next course starts on the 14 January 2019 and consists of online learning and attendance at two study days at our Huntingdon centre.

Anyone with an interest in coaching colleagues and new members of staff.
The Venue
The two study days are held on 14 January 2019 and 18 March 2019 at The College of Animal Welfare, Headland House, Chord Business Park, London Road, Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire PE29 2BQ. Online learning is delivered via the College's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
