Nowadays most equine practices have an endoscope at their disposal, which however might not get used as much as it could. This two-day practical course is designed to provide vets from equine practice with the theoretical and especially the practical skills to perform most routine diagnostic and some therapeutic endoscopic procedures currently used in equine practice.
The first day of the course will focus on the upper/lower respiratory tract (incl. BAL & tracheal wash) and sinoscopy and on the second day the gastrointestinal and urogenital tracts will be covered.
The internationally renowned specialists will be sharing invaluable tips and tricks during the 7 hours of practical sessions on live horses/specimens in small groups (3 – 5 attendees/endoscope), which will cover the upper/lower respiratory tract (incl. TW/BAL), overground endoscopy, sinoscopy, oral endoscopy & gastroscopy.
