Date: Monday 3rd February, 2020 - Sunday 15th March, 2020
Start time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 hour(s)
Cost: £329

The course aims to prepare you for the possibility of forensic involvement in animal abuse and welfare cases, across the two main strands of exposure: formal requests for assistance from animal investigative agencies and authorities, and concerns generated during routine working in the practice. This unique interactive course is available for a six-week period, to allow you to complete the material at your own pace. Featuring real-life case examples, you will be given the opportunity to create your own forensic casefile whilst following a welfare investigation from start to finish. Including downloadable forms and templates, high-quality instructive videos, alongside practical guidance for identifying non-accidental injuries, the Forensic Process course is an invaluable aid, which is as engaging as it is informative. The following modules are covered: Welfare Concerns. Forensic Examination. Suffering and Seizure. Forensic Disciplines. Scene Examination. In-Practice Concerns. External Referrals. Assessing Findings (clinical and forensic).
