Who is it for?
Veterinarians. Veterinary nursestechnicians with a special interest in the topic are welcome to enrol in this course. Please be aware that the course is designed for qualified veterinarians and you should consider this in light of your knowledge and experience before you register.
The Speakers
Linda Fleeman (BVSc PhD MANZCVS) runs Animal Diabetes Australia, which is a clinical service in Melbourne specifically for diabetic dogs and cats. After Linda graduated from the University of Queensland, she completed an Internship in Small Animal Medicine at Murdoch University, a Residency in Small Animal Medicine at the University of Melbourne, and a PhD on the Management of Diabetes in Dogs at the University of Queensland. She worked as a Lecturer and then as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and the University of Sydney respectively, before deciding to return to private clinical practice in Melbourne at the beginning of 2010.
