This practical course provides equine practitioners with a good overview on all medical, orthopedic, dental and surgical aspects specific to donkeys and mules allowing participants to not only expand their knowledge but especially their hands-on skillset. This will then be followed by the obligatory Wine & Cheese Reception allowing for attendees to socialise with colleagues and the speakers/instructors.On the second day, 7 hours of practical sessions on live donkeys and cadaver specimens and case-based discussions will give attendees plenty of opportunity to put theory into practice and to ask questions in small groups (2 4 attendees / ultrasound machine). To participate in the On-Location Case-Discussions & Practical Sessions, attendees are required to have first worked through the Lecture Series (included in the price). Early course registration is recommended as there are only a limited number of places available due to the highly practical nature of this course.
