About this course
Do you find interpretation of clinical pathology related to the liver and pancreas confusing? Unsure about the most appropriate steps you need to take to diagnose and manage hepatobiliary disease in dogs and cats successfully?

Hepatobiliary disorders involving the liver and/or pancreas are relatively common in general practice but can be challenging to diagnose and manage expediently and successfully. Key differences between canine and feline hepatic and pancreatic disorders – their clinical presentation, diagnosis and management can add to the confusion.

In this four week online course we will discuss all aspects of the diagnosis and management of hepatobiliary diseases in cats and dogs and give you great tips about how to interpret clinical pathology, what ultrasound can and can’t tell you, tips on when biopsy is needed and expert advice on the causes and management of specific disorders.

Why do this course?

A set of FAQs is available which represent the questions and concerns previous participants have had and the tutor responses.
