Do you sometimes find it hard to make sense of your clients' reactions to euthanasia and death? Would you like to be able to manage these situations more successfully? Those working in a veterinary practice deal with death on a daily basis. Many have never had any training to enable them to understand the emotions and processes their clients are experiencing, or how to communicate successfully with them during this time. This course aims to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the impact of companion-animal loss on clients, colleagues and themselves. It also intends to equip participants with the skills needed to support and manage those affected by companion-animal loss.
