Working in the area of food production you will be working for a market leader in food security with innovative products that are needed.
This business does not have the cheapest products on the market therefore truly understanding the meaning of selling with integrity will be essential. Listening to customers and demonstrating value will be key to your success.
We expect your sales activity to be high, in return, you can double your income through a well-defined compensation plan and we are happy to share details of this with suitable candidates at the interview stage.
We are confident that an OTE of 150,000 Euros is achievable for a suitable candidate plus company car, life insurance, health, 5% pension, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
Strong knowledge of the poultry industry in Germany is desirable. The ability to be based in Germany is helpful. Fluent English and German will help you in this role. Some experience in organic acids, food production, feed milling, infection control, or the swine industry is also very helpful.
