We are now looking for a suitable candidate to help them.

What experience should you have? Customer development experience. As well as English, a strong command (fluency) in at least one other European language. A deep understanding of the veterinary market and a strong network. You should have a proven track record of growing sales, negotiating. An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a global company.
You will oversee the day to day sales operations. Identify and drive sales opportunities. Other key tasks include:
Lead and manage the UK and Ireland sales team
Implement customer development and management plans.
Work as part of the wider management team to help develop business objectives and key results.
For this role, it would be easier if candidates are based in either Germany, The Nordics, France, Spain, or Italy.
Products are small animal focused so an interest in companion animal (cat and dog) health and welfare is an advantage. Science orientated candidates might have an established network with Veterinary Key Opinion Leaders and we are particularly interested in hearing from these candidates.
Companion Animal Pain Management is a key focus area and individuals interested in this therapeutic area should definitely apply.
