Hertfordshire, United KingdomWe are recruiting two Customer Service Advisors for our client’s Pet Insurance business based in the South of England.
To be considered for one of these roles you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service! You will be joining a team who really do care about the welfare of animals and pet owners. The team always strives to go the extra mile for the customer and have lots of fun too!
These roles are working Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with some flexibility. There are some fantastic benefits including a holiday allowance of 22 days which increases to up to a max of 25 on each year of service. You will also have the option to buy and sell holidays. This company also offers two days to settle a new pet into your home and one day for moving house! Optical care, long service award, and up to 1 day per month flexi-time! Free car parking is also available.
The main purpose of these roles is to:
Deliver outstanding customer service every single time!
Deal with both inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Manage customer complaints efficiently.
All administrative duties within the company agreed timelines.
To have a strong customer-focused approach.
To be successful in a role you will need:
