Position: Veterinary Business Relationship Manager

Location: Midlands, UK

Salary:  £35K + Bonus

Package: Company Car / Pension / Healthcare / Life Assurance / 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (1 additional day per year max 30 days)

My client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join their expanding team, harvesting long term relationships and training and supporting a fantastic client base in the Midlands area.  You will be responsible for managing your own diary, arranging client appointments face to face and virtually and being the key point of contact for all of your clients.

The ideal candidate will be a resilient, confident and driven self-starter with a strong and effective communication skill set.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Launching services for new clients and ongoing support to ensure their continued success

Ensuring management and growth in performance for all accounts within your territory in line with company targets

Conduct regular business reviews with client stakeholder/s and, through strategic thinking and in-depth questioning, identify needs / pain points of the client and provide relevant solutions to those explicit needs.

Tailors communication to customers based on specific needs, with authority, through the relevant presentation of solutions

Conduct strategic meetings including but not restricted to re-pricing, performance, and plan health checks with clients to align and focus them on mutually agreed targets.

Review your accounts to identify skills gaps and ensure clients are provided training and coaching to achieve targets.

Ensure clients are competent and confident to achieve plan growth

Support clients via a variety of different formats including but not restricted to, face-to-face, webinars, virtual meetings and training sessions, email and phone support.

Help develop and create new training material and documentation to support clients and corporate development.

Build relationships with stakeholders and departments across the business to ensure the overall success of the company..

Ensure all administration work is complete within the set time frames, and you attend all team meetings both face-to-face, virtual, or conference calls.

Act as an ambassador for the company at all times, in conduct, appearance and manner

Travel to locations outside of own territory to provide cover and support to clients when needed.

Reach KPIs and growth targets set

Excellent standard of knowledge

Admin correct and deadlines being met

Good standard of relationship with colleagues, management, external companies and clients

Reach service level agreement targets.

 

What You Need to Succeed

Proven track recording as a trainer or account manager

Demonstrable sales experience

Located within territory

Excellent oral communication and presenting skills

Full driving licence

Good computer and database skills

Track record in designing and executing successful training programmes

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
