Commercial Veterinary Lead
Our clients, a world leading veterinary company are seeking a new member to join their team in a leadership role due to internal promotion.
This is an opportunity to join a fast moving and highly respected Animal Health business still very much in continued growth with the target of making the world a better place for pets.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to support a collaborative team culture
- Define and implement portfolio activities within the pet portfolio to increase sales
- Measuring the success of these activities and sharing the results
- Managing your teams budget and also reporting on your budget spends
- Training and working with stakeholders that support the sales team
Requirements for this position include:
- MRCVS qualified with experience within clinical practice and industry preferred
- A Marketing qualification or experience would also be helpful
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of people management
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach to the working day
