Our client, who is based in the South East, is looking for a proactive, self aware and compassionate Marketing professional who is able to coach and mentor a small but high performing team. You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to influence and encourage other teams, present strategic plans to stakeholders and ensure their execution has a focus on 5P and is the best in class.
You will be the brand enthusiast within the UK&IRE, constantly driving strategy, sales plans and working collaboratively to achieve company and brand growth goals.
This role is fast paced and always looking to impact day to day operations whilst maintaining key commercial and cross functional relationships.
Essential criteria
Educated to degree level
Brand/Retail marketing experience
Digital Marketing experience
Proactive and innovative ability to identify local issues and opportunity, always analysing and interpreting data with a strategic, growth mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Collaborative and encouraging people manager
