Due to the continued expansion of our client’s business, we are seeking a Veterinary Training Executive to assist the team who play a vital part in the organisation and running of the company business. This company are leaders in developing careers across the UK and globally. They have an office in the South of England and another overseas. They also have two other training locations in England.

As the Veterinary Training Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all delegates enrolled in the company training programmes. You will be proactively supporting all delegates with their learning and will work closely with The Head of Curriculum and Quality to ensure that students are supported and the department runs smoothly.

The Veterinary Training Executive key responsibilities:

To provide various support to a wide range of colleagues and customers
Accurate and efficient upkeep of the database
Various administrative and customer service tasks
Managing and hosting all webinars
Assisting the IT team with any IT related issues
Coordinate questions and feedback
Management of available content on the online system
To be successful in the role of Veterinary Training Executive role you will need:

An excellent telephone manner with the natural willingness to give 1st class customer service
The ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels
Fantastic organisational and problem-solving skills
To be self-motivated and confident to work with colleagues in a variety of international locations
To be flexible and able to travel nationally and occasionally internationally as required
