Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, integrating digital strategies to align with company goals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business development teams, and senior leaders
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services, understanding their features and benefits
- Support market research and customer surveys to assess brand awareness and positioning
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing
- Previous experience within animal-related industries
- A background in science is preferred, but not essential
- Leadership and Line Management experience is essential
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Full UK driving licence with willingness for occasional travel
