Our client in Bucks is in urgent need of a Locum Floor Co-Ordinator. This will be an ongoing role until a permanent member of the team can be found.Must be a RVN - Provide support to the nurse/senior nurse manager in the running of the clinical floor.
Be the point of contact for the surgeons and nursing team to ensure smooth running of clinical case load.
Ensure all patients receive gold standard care.
Ensure protocols are followed correctly in the delivery of nursing care.
Provide nursing care and monitor anaesthetics for all patients.
Organise and support the nursing team to ensure all cases flow through the preparation area efficiently and safely.
Problem solve to work through potential clashes or shortfalls in resources.
Organise the team to ensure they receive their allocated breaks and finish their shift on time where possible.
Hourly/daily rate will be DOE.
