We are looking for an innovative Clinical Director to lead the team. The role will involve managing and lead the Practice(s), ensuring high standards of care and service are provided to patients and clients, so as to improve the sustainable profitability of the practice and the motivation of the staff in accordance to practices core values.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to take the next step in their career, possesses the ability to guide and help build their team by example. They are seeking a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude to lead the team. This role would suit a confident Veterinary professional with experience of leading a team.
The successful candidate will be working 40 hours across a 5-day week, with flexibility.
Competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
