We have an excellent opportunity for a client services manager to join a fantastic small animal practice in North West London.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a first class service for hospital clients, referring veterinary surgeons and visitors, forming a vital link between the hospitals clinical teams ensuring the reception team act as an enabling service to the wider hospital.
You will also be responsible for promoting and developing a high level of customer service throughout the hospital team, while line managing the front of house reception team and ensuring delivery against specific key performance indicators.
