The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver outstanding care to clients, monitor feedback, and follow up with actions to enhance the practice.
- Maintain the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Plan and execute practice rotas to ensure optimal service levels and maximise clinical skills utilisation.
- Facilitate effective recruitment, induction, and ongoing communication and management to ensure team engagement and retention.
- Promote the practice through local community events.
- Understanding of practice environments, ideally gained in a veterinary, GP, or dental setting.
- Appreciation of exceptional care and its impact on the client experience.
- Ability to use coaching and influencing skills to enhance team performance.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working up to 40 hours a week and offers a salary up to £40,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
