Lambourn Equine Vets are recruiting for a part time (20 hours / week over 5 days a week) Financial Administrator for our equine practice;Do you enjoy a challenge – working in a fast-paced environment where you have to manage strict processes in a positive and friendly way? Do you enjoy a job that will take time to get your head around and will require resilience? Lambourn Equine Vets are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and optimistic individual to join our team with a strong financial background. Role includes a variety of duties including client invoicing, credit control and suppliers invoice run as well as monitoring processes. Successful applicant will have an efficient and polite telephone manner; be well organised; able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player, and have good IT, communication and financial reporting skills. Knowledge of the equine industry would be advantageous. Working hours, Monday to Friday, circa 4 hours per day with one morning a week at our offices and other hours remote working. Flexibility around hours to accommodate the requirements of the role and month end processes.
