Diss, Norfolk, United KingdomWe have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Customer Services and Marketing Apprentice to join CVS Group, working to support Pennine Veterinary clinics, Regan Veterinary Group and Buchanan Veterinary Group.
We are looking for a customer focused individual with a keen eye for detail who will be able to travel to different sites within the Bolton area. Key areas of responsibility will cover social media content, customer care, complaints handling, managing client experience, call handling and general reception duties.
The successful candidate will spend time working in both an office and a customer facing reception environment. The aim being to prepare you for a possible permanent role within the reception teams at one of our sites should a vacancy arise.
We would look for the following qualities from the ideal candidate:
Excellent IT skills and competent in the use of information systems highly desirable.
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Able to use initiative and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with managers and individuals.
Strong customer service orientation and can do attitude
Minimum requirement: A to C grade maths and English in GCSE or equivalent
The hours of work will be 30 hours per week 8am – 2pm Monday to Friday and meets National Minimum wage
