Head Nurse – Middlewich, Cheshire
My client has a fantastic opportunity to join their practice in Middlewich as a Head Nurse. They have an opportunity to join a team of experienced Vets, Nurses and Receptionists where their aim is to treat their patients as though they were their own animals and to treat their clients in the way they would wish to be dealt with themselves.
Ideally, my client is looking for someone with previous Clinical Coach experience to support their SVN within the practice. Previous experience in a leadership role would also be a distinct advantage. They are fully supportive of further study to aid development.
This is a part-time role working 4 days a week. The ideal hours* for the role would be Mon & Fri 9 am to 5:30 pm, Tues & Thu 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and includes 1:6 Saturdays 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Plus 1:8 Saturday or Sundays at another local branch, plus 1 to 2 Bank Holidays per year. *They could consider some flexibility in these hours for the right candidate
Benefits
· £30k to £36k per annum DOE
