Head Nurse – Runcorn, Cheshire
My client has a fabulous opportunity to join their practice in Runcorn as a Head Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced Vets, Nurses and Receptionists. The practice has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and offers great facilities for clients and the practice team. There is a separate cat ward and:-
X-Ray
ultrasound
Abaxis in house laboratory
ECG
Pulse Oximeter
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week on a rota working between 8:30 am to 7:00 pm over 4- or 5-days Monday to Friday and includes working 1:6 Saturdays 8.30-4 taken back as TOIL. The role will also involve working at one of their other practices located in Warrington working 1:8 weekends where the rota is worked 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday and a share of Bank Holidays (which usually means working one/maximum two weekends a year).
Ideally, they are looking for someone with previous Clinical Coach experience to support SVN’s within this Accredited Training Practice for Student Nurses. Previous experience in a leadership role would also be a distinct advantage.

· £30k-£36k DOE
