Head Nurse – Kelsall, Cheshire
My client requires a Head Nurse to join their team at their friendly practice in Cheshire. They are keen to further develop nurse clinics in their cat friendly practice. The Head Nurse will act as a Clinical Coach to their student nurses helping them to become the best nurse possible. This is a real opportunity to develop your skills alongside mentoring and coaching others in order to achieve clinical excellence. My client is passionate about offering support for nurses to pursue further nursing interests and qualifications alongside CPD.
This is a full-time role based on 37.5 hours on a rota system Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. The role involves working weekends as part of a rota which is 1:4 Saturdays 8:30 am to 12 noon which is taken back as TOIL when worked. The role also involves working 1:8 Saturday or Sundays at one of their other branches and up to two Bank Holidays per year. There is the opportunity to consider working the full-time hours over 4 days or less days per week for the right candidate.
