Are you an experienced and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head Veterinary Nurse to lead their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and skilled nurse to step into a leadership role, ensuring excellence in patient care and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the nursing team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Monitor anaesthesia and ensure high standards of patient safety during procedures.
- Manage and provide exceptional inpatient care.
- Conduct nurse consultations with professionalism and compassion.
- Assist vets in clinical tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
- Take an active role in maintaining and improving clinical protocols and practices.
This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week, with participation in a shared Saturday rota. Less hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements:
