Our client is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse looking to lead and grow with a developing team in their welcoming and well-equipped practice. You will be working alongside and managing the nursing team which includes 1 full-time RVN, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, and 1 Veterinary Care Assistant. The role also offers the opportunity to be a clinical coach or to undergo training to support the development of student nurses, which is ideal if you have a passion for mentoring and teaching.
The practice has received an ISFM Silver Award cat-friendly status and RCVS Small Animal Accreditation, you will also have access to modern facilities and technology due to being a relatively new clinic who also serves a loyal and growing client base.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, empathetic, and skilled in all areas of veterinary nursing, so strong communication and teamwork skills are important. If you have an interest in career progression, this role provides flexibility to tailor the opportunities based on your individual aspirations.
