A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Nurse to join an excellent team in Wool. We are seeking a motivated RVN with an enthusiastic nature looking to develop their management skills and progress within their career.
The successful candidate will either have previous Head Nurse experience and be confident leading a team or an experienced RVN who is now ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position.
The ideal candidate will have clinical coaching experience or are keen to support and develop the student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Total working hours: 40
- 1:4 full weekend
- £750 for CPD and 2 days off to attend CPD courses
- Training is also supported for advanced certificates
- 25 days paid holiday + 8 days Bank holiday per year
