An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a team in East Sussex. The role would be working Full-Time covering 4 or 4.5 days a week. Shifts would vary between 8 & 9 hours dependent on your rota'ed week. Minimal OOH (1 every 2 weeks). 1 in 8 Friday night/Saturday morning and 1 in 8 Saturday/Sunday on call, the main OOH is covered externally. Your working day as an RVN will be varied covering duties such as kennels, prep, theatre, consults, reception, and branch surgery cover. This opportunity will allow for great clinical exposure and lots of opportunities for professional growth! This is a large mixed practice with dedicated small animal, farm & equine departments. RCVS accredited practice with a varied surgical and medical caseload. The small animal team is made up of 10 Vets, 11 Nurses, and support staff. The practice is looking for a passionate, confident, and qualified RVN. Excellent bedside manner and great communication skills are also required for this position.
