My client in East Sussex, near Brighton is searching for an RVN to join their team!
A supportive team of 24, including 12 Nurses, 6 Vets and 4 Client Care Advisors , practice manager and administrator.
Utilization of your full range of nursing skills, with a strong focus on client and patient care.
Shifts average at 38 hours over a 4-day week, including 1:4 Saturday mornings, with occasional overtime and no out-of-hours duties.
Opportunities for growth, with clinical coach qualification considered a plus, though not essential.
They offer an attractive salary package with excellent benefits, including funding for continuing professional development (CPD), a uniform allowance, and coverage for RCVS/BVNA fees.
