We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse to progress as a Clinical Nurse Manager at our clients practice. The right candidate will work closely with the Lead Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are always adhered to.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, your average week will consist of approximately 3 clinical days, 1 admin day and some home working. Part of the role is to ensure that the nursing team across the business is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice.
- 40hrs Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm
- 1:4 weekends
- £36-38,000 DOE
- OOH paid extra
Duties will include:
** Leadership of the Nursing team - including strategic, professional and operational side.
** Provide feedback and discussions for the Nursing team at Senior Level.
** Provide high clinical standards
** Ensure patients are managed effectively, and help grow the branch practice.
** Work with the team and create a fun and friendly environment for all to work in.
** Ensure policies and procedures are maintained.
** Provide outstanding patient care.
