My client runs a busy small animal surgery where nurses are treated well and valued. Nurses are well supported and fully utilised doing their own consults as well as schedule 3 tasks. CPD is a way of life here where nurses are encouraged to develop themselves as it’s realised this is both a benefit to the practice, the team and the practice. The practice is part of a group but look and feel very independent with that special family feel with regular work gatherings, pizza lunches and legendary Christmas parties!
The right person for this role will have some experience as you will be helping with the day to day running of the surgery, as well as overseeing nurse consults, maintaining stock levels and general clinical duties. You'll be supported by an SVN, ANA or RVN and working alongside one vet, two on ops days at this satellite surgery.
Permanent full-time position. No out of hours, 4 days (37.5 hours) per week with no Sundays and no regular Saturdays - just occasional cover for holidays/sickness.
Excellent Salary based on experience level, £600 CPD allowance, 6 weeks' annual leave entitlement (inc BHs), RCVS/VDS fees paid plus one other, in house discounts, sick pay & more…
