We are working with an incredible advanced practice near Colchester that are hoping to find a RVN that enjoys a varied and busy day!
The advanced practice is state of the art and has only recently opened.
The current team has over 15 RVNs, 15 veterinary surgeons and a highly experienced support team. They have many certificate holders within the vet team including surgery and medicine- which means there is a great mixture of cases as a result. Many of the vets and nurses are studying towards other certificates, and our client is keen to encourage and support other RVNs that want to do the same!
Our client is looking for a team focused RVN and they are open minded in terms of hours. Their standard hours are over 4 days. Occasional weekends on rota.
Opportunity to clinical coach if you enjoy this, or alternatively if there is a certain aspect of nursing you love then they can support this-either in terms of caseloads or shift patterns, to enable you to gain access to these cases.
