Fordingbridge, Hampshire, United KingdomAs Head Veterinary Nurse at Pilgrims, you will be primarily responsible for organising and leading the nursing team to achieve best practice nursing care for patients and a trusted and friendly service to clients. Other responsibilities include, inventory/stock management, infection control, equipment maintenance and health and safety. This is a full time position, working 36 hours per week plus 1 in 4 OOH rota cover. Additional bonuses are given for OOH call outs as well as TOIL for weekend rota. You will be supported and given sufficient flexibility to fulfil these responsibilities as you deem appropriate.

Ideally you will have a wealth of experience to bring to this role. Further clinical qualifications, referral hospital nursing or transferrable management experience would be viewed favourably. You will be a supportive team player with a high standard of patient care, you will also have a client focused approach. You should have great organisation, administrative and communication skills and be enthusiastic to implement new ideas and procedures.
