The role

The role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years qualified experience.


You will have clinical coaching experience, keen to support and develop our student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and we will offer full management training with our dedicated in-house internal training team.


You’ll have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.


Strong mentorship and support will be available to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your job. You’ll be free to devote all of your time to looking after your clients and patients.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our beautiful small animal practice in Carterton, Oxfordshire. The purpose built practice has a big, modern reception area, three generous sized consulting rooms, two theatres and separate cat and dog wards. The branch is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray and endoscopy, you will also have full access to state-of-the-art facilities in our Woodstock 24 hour Centre.
