Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced RVN to lead their nursing team in a busy, first-opinion GP practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who loves clinical coaching, supporting student nurses, and working with a close-knit, professional team.
As Head RVN, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting a fantastic team of Nurses, Vets, and VCAs. It is a well-equipped practice, featuring an in-house lab, isolation space, two consultation rooms, prep room, and theatre. You will also receive excellent equipment like a multiparameter monitor, top-notch ultrasound, and digital x-ray, with more upgrades on the way.
This position offers 40 hours per week spread over four days, with a share of weekends. Plus, you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no out-of-hours (OOH) requirements.
Salary up to £34,000 (DOE)
