Role:
Our client is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team at their fantastic practice based in Kent, as a Head Nurse. The role will involve all aspects of nursing and management of the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas; more responsibilities will form part of this role with full support being provided by the nursing team. Previous small animal experience is required. Ideally, you would have management experience but we are happy to support the right candidate with management training. This is a full-time position, covering 40 hours a week over 5 days. You will also be part of a weekend rota, covering 1:4 full weekends. Further details can be discussed after the application.
Branch:
The role will be based at a well-established first opinion practice. The team consists of 1 Lead Vet and 3 Patient care assistants. The clinic is close to the main centre and has a pet ambulance to transfer patients. The practice offers a range of services, either in-house or at one of the neighbouring practices.
