Maintain high standards of care to all patients and colleagues
Prepare and assist for cases scheduled for the day
Maintain good communication and update relevant colleagues
The development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and record keeping
Training in line with company policies. This will include regular updates and reviews
Anaesthesia monitoring and general nursing care to all patients
Good customer service and reception understanding
Stock management and appropriate levels are maintained throughout the hospital
Safe use and understanding of all equipment and taking care of the facility and working environment
Ensure all Health and Safety objectives are met daily and concerns reported
Ensure a positive working environment and supportive culture - you should encourage and support an open, transparent and safe working environment
Directly support the Nursing Manager and others to facilitate a smooth running of the hospital
To ensure a good understanding of expectations - including RCVS guidelines
Maintenance of cleaning throughout hospital
To undertake and attend CPD
