Are you ready to lead and inspire as a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse? We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced RVN to join our clients fantastic, close-knit team at a thriving first-opinion practice in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
In this position, you’ll tackle a range of responsibilities each day—one day in surgery, the next running our busy and diverse nurse consults. This role requires a motivated multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide mentorship to colleagues. The ideal candidate is a confident, positive team player who brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for animal care.
Hours and Schedule:
- Work approximately 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility for the right candidate.
- Shift options include four 10-hour days or shorter shifts across the week, ranging from 8 am to 7 pm.
- Saturday morning rota, with a rotation of 1 in 4
- No out-of-hours or bank holiday work.
