My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their newly established clinical team on a full-time, permanent basis. My client’s new, independent practice is set to open in 2025!
This position also offers opportunities for continuous professional development, with ongoing training to enhance your expertise in veterinary nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor anaesthesia and maintain accurate records
- Record detailed and precise clinical notes
- Handle pet-related enquiries and keep owners updated on their pets' progress
- Assist veterinarians during both invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in surgical and clinical areas
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Offer expert advice to pet owners on routine and specialised care
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a veterinary nurse
- Skills in nurse consultations, animal handling, and GA monitoring
- Degree in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
- Team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
