As a newly qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse you will bring new skills and knowledge from your recent training and ambition into the team. The role involves the candidate to carry out all the duties of a Registered Veterinary Nurse including theatre duties, reception duties, Inpatient care, nursing consultations, stock control, infection control amongst many others. We believe in a good work/life balance and working a 37.5 hour week allows this balance in practice.
Adams Vets first opened its doors in 1975, and we have been offering high standards of first opinion care ever since! We are a welcoming and friendly team and care for small animals and wildlife with a varied caseload, no two days are the same! Our branches are based in Liverpool just 7 miles apart from each other, we strongly believe in promoting great healthcare including our successful Pet Health Club scheme where all of our clients don't need to worry about their pets preventative health, as this is fully covered on the scheme. We offer all of what is expected of a Small Animal First Opinion practice; Idexx Lab Machines, Digital Radiography, Dental Radiography, Tonometry, Ultrasonograhy and Digital ECG. We have a strong bond between our staff with support, knowledge and extensive experience across the team.
We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm for their job, with a caring and passionate personality, someone with motivation to improve and progress the experience for the client and patient through the services that we can offer such as promoting nursing clinics. Candidate must be RCVS registered.
